PICTURES AND REPORTS

WAY TO GO WALKING WEDNESDAY REPORT
Let's celebrate the fact that we had 60% of our entire school (students and adults) come to school by busing/walking/biking/rolling/carpooling on Wednesday. That is a huge achievement for one of our October Walking Wednesdays. Now we qualify to be in the drawing to win one of the Way-to-Go Challenge prizes; the solar panels or the bike rack. You demonstrated that we can be more efficient in our way of traveling to school - reducing fossil fuel use and pollution.  Thank you everyone!

Here are a few interesting facts:
  • 300 students came to school by bus
  • 206 students walked/biked/scootered to school
  • 67% of students used busing or human power to get to school
  • 33% of students came to school by car.

The community with the most walkers/bikers/scooters was Renaissance with 43 students. Excellent work.  They will use this fact to qualify for RiseVT rewards for participating in healthy activities. Impressive performance Renaissance!
