JR. IRON CHEF COMPETITION 3-17-2018
About 300 hundred middle and high school students from all over the state participated in last weekend's Vermont Jr. Iron Chef Competition. The goal was to have students create a healthy dish that everyone would enjoy. St. Albans City School sent a team of amazing chefs to present their special version of a burrito. All teams had 90 minuets to prepare a meal that they would want to eat at school.  Check out a 2-minute video made by a local television station WCAX.  Several of our students are featured talking on the vide.  LINK TO VIDEO
