BAND
Band lessons for today are for Lexie Cummings, Silas Runez, Corbin, Tomas Z., Sophia, Landon, Jenna and Noah Allen. All of the beginning cellos have lessons today at 2 pm, not after school, but at the end of the day. Jazz Band is not rehearsing today. Students who are going to DC and have not officially signed up can get sign up sheets from Mr. Mehaffey outside of the band room door. |

EXPLORERS MATH
Ms. Fenton led a math lesson in Ms. Halvorsen's classroom. Students talked about their strategies for solving problems and then they had a chance to continue work on some math exercises they had started previously. Some impressive understanding of math was demonstrated. LINK TO 29 PICTURES
VOYAGERS MATH
Ms. Chisholm selected students to step up to the front of the classroom and explain their strategies for solving problems. There was a lot of pride shown in the very diverse ways teams of students used to find their solutions. LINK TO 33 PICTURES
