Plums contain an assortment of healthy components, vitamins and minerals. They are an excellent source vitamin C. Plums are also a good source of vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 and vitamin E. The minerals present in them include potassium, fluoride, phosphorous, magnesium, iron, calcium and zinc. They are also filled with dietary fiber, sorbitol and isatin. Reference

    CANDIDATE FORUM AT SACS
    Team USA is hosting a forum for local representatives.
    It's being held on Wednesday, October 17th in the Team USA area from 6:00-8:00 PM

    SACS MAKERSPACE
    Are you interested in using the Makerspace tools?  Is there a class project for which you could use Makerspace resources? Do you have a project idea that you want to work on that you could utilize the Makerspace?

    Sign up to come to an orientation session and then you can come work on projects during Open Lab time.  

    **Before you sign up to come for orientation or open lab you need to get permission from your teacher.**

    Here is the sign up for Orientation Sessions (happen from 7:30-8:30 on Thursday mornings):  SACS Makerspace Orientation- make sure to look at the tabs on the bottom to see which week you are signing up for! If you attended an orientation last year, you do not need to attend one this year! Just sign up and we will have you fill out an annual Makerspace commitment when you arrive.     VOYAGERS' 5TH GRADE FIELD TRIP TO LEARN ABOUT TRASH
    We all produce volumes of trash. Where does it go? What happens to it? These 5th graders checked out a zero-sort waste processing facility in Chittenden County to learn what they could. It was fascinating. 10-12-2018
