    PICTURES AND REPORTS

    TRANSPORTATION DATA FINDINGS
Many/most 1-8th grade classrooms are kindly supplying Team Voyagers with data about how students are coming to school each morning. Classroom teachers, please keep reporting your transportation results throughout the school year.

Here is a brief overview of the findings collected in recent months. Both the graphs display the same data just in different ways.

Walkers and bikers account for 10-13% of students coming to school in the mornings. Fifty-seven percent arrive by bus and 30% arrive by family vehicle.  The Vermont Way to Go Challenge organization will be pleased with our numbers since walking/biking/busing are all more energy efficient modes of transportation than personal vehicle transportation.

Thank you to all the bus riders and walker/bikers among you. You are reducing energy use in our community.

    EXPLORERS
Some of the Explorers were photographed learning about and discussing Veterans Day. Others were engaged in writing stories.  LINK TO 48 PICTURES   11-12-2018
