MITCH CRAIB
On Friday, November 16th, RiseVt recognized those members of the St. Albans Community who have been leading partners in the effort to improve health and prevent disease in Franklin County. Among the honorees was our very own Mitch Craib, St. Albans City School Wellness Coordinator.
Mitch Craib received the “Rock Star” award. This award is given to those “whose ripples are making huge waves,” as quoted by Denise Smith, the program manager for Rise locally. Mitch’s contributions to our School and Community are numerous. He quietly and consistently moves our students and staff in the direction of better health through the school-wide promotion of healthy activities and better nutrition, joining in RiseVT’s efforts. Mitch was a major force in helping St. Albans City School attain our RiseVt Gold status for demonstrating our commitment to health and well-being of both students and staff. Congratulations Mitch Craib! It is an honor and privilege to have you as part of our School Community! |
