LIKELY RECESS WEATHER

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: The sledding hill is hard packed and icy in places. Care must be taken by everyone or the snow tubes will be put away for the day.

Guidlelines:
Keep it to one or two people per snow tube
Try your best to make sledding fun by being aware of everyone around you
DO NOT AIM for anyone on the way down the hill
People standing in the middle or the bottom of the hill get out of the way
Walk up the sides of the hill to get to the top

SNOW TUBE INSTRUCTION.  PLEASE KEEP THE SNOW TUBES OFF OF THE SIDEWALK. The sidewalk scratches the bottoms of the snow tubes and makes them slide poorly. Pile them up at the top of the hill on the snow at the end of the day and Mr. Craib will put them away.  Thank you.

PICTURES AND REPORTS

FIRST SNOW TUBE USE OF THE YEAR
Friday's snow day left the school community with enough snow to sled on Monday morning. These Travelers students enjoyed being the very first people to use the snow tubes for the winter of 2018/2019  LINK TO 16 PICTURES

ADVENTURERS
Mrs. Smith visited Mr. Lewis' kindergarten classroom to guide students through the process of making vegetable soup. The vegetables came from the school garden and were recently harvested. Everyone wanted a chance to help with washing the produce and then cutting it up. For many students, this was their first opportunity using a sharp knife. Great care was taken.
