Outdoor Open House: for students and families that are stepping up or moving back from Virtual Academy.  Monday, June 14th. 5:00 - 6:00 PM


Step-Up Day: for students that are stepping up to a new Learning Community (into grades K, 1, 4, 7) or returning from Virtual Academy.

Tuesday, June 15th. Start time as normal. Buses leave school at 10:15 AM to bring students home and pick ups will be from 10:20 - 10:30 AM.

USA PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILLS - VAUGHN

The 8th graders were photographed developing public speaking skills with skits. Groups of students were given random objects to build a skit around. Most of the students came up with humorous sales-pitches for their items. The skits were brief and funny. 5-21-2021. Link to 14 Pictures.




USA - KITTELL

On Friday, Team USA 7th Graders helped members of the American Legion place flags at the graves of local Veterans at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery next to the school.  Link to 9 Pictures.

Here are details about COVID -19 zoom events with Vermont pediatricians. Dr. Tracy Tyson from our medical center, NMC, is a participant in one of the events.

 

The 12-15 year-old family engagement evenings are now posted on the website:

St. Albans City School is looking to fill Educational Support Personnel (ESP) positions. Qualified candidates must be collaborative team members and have a passion for children. Individuals will work with research-based intervention strategies and support differentiated classroom settings to meet the needs of our students.
