PICTURES ARRIVAL TIME AT SUMMER CAMP SESSION #3 OUTDOOR ADVENTURES - CULLIGAN, LEWIS, BESSETTE, PELKEY, DEMAG, SMITH On the first day of summer camp session three, this group decorated birdhouses as one of their learning experiences. They also spent time outdoors playing gaga ball. Link to 19 Pictures. UNDER THE SEA CAMP - DUPONT, LAWYER, MARTIN, ROULEAU These campers had access to an array of fun sea-related activities. Link to 9 Pictures. JEWELRY CAMP Campers completed the first phase of making earrings. They drew images on a special type of matte plastic. These images were cut out and saved for the next day when they will be shrunken with heat and attached to metal earring hooks. Link to 14 Pictures. BAY CANOEING AND FISHING CAMP - CIOFFI & ROULEAU We spent the morning canoeing from the St. Albans Bay Park to Black Bridge and into the marsh to explore the habitat. We found plenty of geese, ducks and vegetation. We also spotted a Great Blue Heron and a Green Heron. 8-2-2021 Link to 13 Pictures. CREATIVE COOKING - CAIN, CAIN, PIZARRO, DEMAG This group made woven paper mats, made roll-ups to eat, and watched a portion of the movie, Ratatouille, which highlights delicious food. 8-2-2021 Link to 7 Pictures. Educational Support Personnel Jobs Open at St. Albans City School If you love working with kids and need a job with benefits during school hours (7:25am to 2:55pm) then please consider applying to join the staff at St. Albans City School. We have openings for people who are good at collaborating with team members and who enjoy children.
