PICTURES INCREDIBLES SNOW TUBING It was a great day for tubing. 12-21-2021 DREAMERS BIRD FEEDERS - DUPONT Ms. Dupont had her students make bird treats with leftover snack bagels, seeds and sunbutter. These were hung outside the classroom on nearby trees for birds to feed on. Link to 14 Pictures. DREAMERS SNOW FLAKE PROJECT - DUPONT Student made beautiful snowflake craft projects with cutouts, tissue paper and contact paper. These worked like stained glass windows when placed in a window with sunshine pouring through them. Link to 6 Pictures. APPLE PIE WITH VOYAGERS Ms. Cavallo and students from Voyagers assembled three apple pies and an apple crumble. They cut up apples leftover from snacks and added cinnamon, flour, butter, and sugar to them. These were placed in pie dishes lined with crust or simply into a pan. Baking took more than an hour and a half at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The students got a chance to taste their work in the early afternoon before school was dismissed. Delicious. It was a joy to have the school teaching kitchen in full swing again. Link to 58 Pictures. TWINS (USA Student and our Facilities Manager) |
