TROUT UPDATE FROM TEAM USA - ROULEAU Trout update: the trout are doing well in their second week out of the safety net. You can notice in the video that the fish are facing in opposite directions in the tank. That is because the bubbler produces flows in opposite directions on either side. Brook trout are adapted to swimming or facing upstream of the flow. We are daylighting the tank a few hours a day now trying to imitate what would be going on in their natural habitat as the snow melts and the streams are uncovered with snow and ice.
