NAVIGATORS (EMMONS) PICTURES

Here are the last of our photos:)

We finished up the week by playing a math game where we rolled dice to create a beetle. We also learned how flies see.  We created bigs with stamps and sketched our favorite insects! Before lunch on Thursday, we had water play with a giant lobster! There are also pictures from our author visit when the children got to pet the dog :)

It was a great kinder camp :) See everyone soon for the upcoming school year.

SUNFLOWERS

In recent years, sunflowers have been planted in front of the classrooms on the south side of the building. They have grown tall and beautiful for the opening of school. They have also tended to fall over into the walkway. This year, Mr. Rouleau found a dwarf variety of sunflowers to plant there instead. The choice seems to have been a good one as the flowers are growing short and sturdy while maintaining their magnificence.

Here are pictures of Mr. Rouleau tying up the sunflowers in the summer of 2021

This years batch of sunflowers are shorter and better. 2022
