PICTURES CROSS COUNTRY RACE AT FAIRFIELD CENTER SCHOOL It was an amazing day and location for a cross country race. Fairfield Center School mowed a very hilly 3-kilometer (slightly less than 2 miles) course in the fields on one side of the school. All the runners found it challenging. TRAVELERS 1ST GRADE ECHO CHALLENGE On Wednesday morning, 10-5-2022, a teacher from ECHO visited Ms. Culligan’s 1st grade classroom. The challenge she offered the students was to design sails on a magnetically levitated ship that would make the vessel travel far down a track when fan-generated wind blew on those sails. They were allowed to test their sail designs over and over until they figured out what worked best. Initially, their sails were often too tiny. NAVIGATORS PREK (ZHELESKO) MUSIC - CAMERON MUSCENTE Ms. Cameron Muscente organized a busy session of singing, movement, and drumming. The students enjoyed participating fully.
