RECESS WEATHER
It will be a nice day to head out and play in the snow. HOWEVER, PLEASE AVOID PLAYING IN THE HUGE SNOW BANKS NEAR THE PARKING LOTS OR BUS LOOP. The snow tubes are out. The snow shoes are also out. |
Snow and Bus Safety
We need to remind ourselves to follow all bus expectations so that drivers can pay full attention to driving their bus. The roads have been slippery and high snowbanks make it difficult for drivers to see. Please wait at your stops and make sure that you are on the sidewalk. Do not play in the snow banks as you can fall into the road and be hit by a vehicle that might not see you.
At the end of the day make sure that you wear your snow boots as they will help prevent you from falling. When you are dropped off at your house or daycare please make sure that you leave the bus and immediately walk onto the sidewalk. If you are crossing the street always wait for the bus driver’s signal. Our collective goal is to keep students and adults safe. Let’s all work together to make sure that we are all safe.

Triumph and Incredibles Went Skiing at Jay Peak
On Monday March 13th temperatures were quite low. After some debate, the two teams decided to be brave and give the trip to Jay Peak a try. It turned out to be an excellent day for skiing even though it was windy and cold. Check out this short (1 min and 40 sec) video to get an idea of what it was like learning to ski near the lodge.
