PICTURES AND REPORTS

CHRYSALISES
Many of you have noticed the two butterfly chrysalises (around the large amount of caution tape) in our outdoor classroom outside of Explorers. The Explorers have been watching them closely hoping to see them hatch.

Please, please, please be cautious if you are walking by the Explorers outdoor classroom. We know they have sparked a big interest in butterflys and it would be a shame if they were bothered during this crucial time. Please do not touch and only look with your eyes!

OUR INCREDIBLE SHRINKING WATER BOTTLES
A student in Voyagers learned that sending our school water bottles through a hot dishwasher can have undesirable consequences. Beware. Washing them by hand is the way to go.

CROSS COUNTRY RACE AT MILTON
This was the first cross country race for our students in 2017.  All middle school boys and girls raced together, unlike in previous years where boys and girls were separated. It was a clear and beautiful day, although very hot for distance running. There were a lot of excellent performances by our students and it was fun being there to see them run.
