BAND Band lessons are for group B this week, 7th graders. They include Issac Six, Jeremiah Wood, Drake Issac and Hunter Fiorini, Galen, Dakota, Kaitlin and Bella at 11:30, Kianna, Paul, Faith and Amber. Beginning violin group 2 is having their lesson this afternoon at 2:50 and Sr. Band is today at 2. Beginning cello group 1 is tomorrow, Wednesday.

Walking/biking Carpooling Bus (riding by bus is preferable to taking the family vehicle) Walking Biking. If you are a biker, Wednesday morning would be a really good day to come in by bicycle. Carpooling Busing. WHY? Way-to-Go is an Vermont Organization that is trying to get people to use fewer vehicles and be more energy efficient in the way we travel to school. Our school has the same goal. WHAT HAPPENS IF WE SUCCEED IN GETTING MORE THAN 50% HERE EFFICIENTLY on October 4th? We will have a chance to win a $30,000 dollar solar tracker or a 2-tiered indoor bicycle storage rack. WE CAN DO THIS! A TALLY OF STUDENT AND STAFF TRANSPORTATION METHODS WILL BE COLLECTED THE MORNING OF OCTOBER 4TH. BOX TOPS for EDUCATION NEW NEWS! SACS' Box Tops Collection has new life... The EXPLORERS Learning Community has taken over the task of organizing this great program!   Remember, each Box Top is worth $0.10 for our school and they really add up!  All proceeds directly benefit our students and learning communities. PICTURES AND REPORTS FIELD TRIPS TO HACKETT'S ORCHARD Both Pre-K and Kindergarten visited Hackett's Orchard last week (Pre-K Monday, Kindergarten Friday).  These pictures came from Mrs. Williams and give a small taste of the events. Beautiful weather. INVESTIGATORS The Investigators went to the Flynn Centre for the Performing Arts Theatre in Burlington on Monday morning. They saw the Student Matinee  - My Father's Dragon. My Father's Dragon is a children's novel by Ruth Stiles Gannett.  This was the first time many of the Investigators went to the Flynn and saw a live performance.  It was  magical!  LINK TO PICTURES  Pictures provided by Mrs. Rocheleau. Thank you. 7/8 GIRL'S GAME WITH MISSISQUOI On Friday 9-29-2017 the girls 7/8 team took on Missisquoi's 7/8 Squad. Here are a few pictures from that game.
