1. Not block doors in case they are needed for a fast exit.
2. Not prop doors open so that unauthorized people could enter our building.

CHEER CAMP
Anyone from Kindergarten-5th Grade who is interested in being a part of a cheer camp this summer, please contact Ms. Lovely in Renaissance or email her at tlovely@maplerun.org. There are a few papers to get filled in.








ARTWORK CONTEST
School artists take note: the 8th-grade planning committee is putting on an art competition for artwork to go on the front the graduation ceremony program. The art must include 8th grade class of 2018 and St. Albans city school. The competition runs May 21st through 25th.

DREAMERS PreK
Ms. Gleason's students planted flowers in front of their classroom on Thursday 5-24-2018. It was an interesting observing the teachers work hard to make the social process a good experience. The concrete planters look beautiful now with their new plant residents.

INVESTIGATORS
The Investigators tried on their entomologists' hats in their study of insect pollinators.  They went on a walk to tally which pollinators they would see the most of at this time of the year.  Thank you for the pictures Investigators.


 




ADVENTURERS

DREAMERS

Mrs. Walsh students handled the newborn chicks in her classroom on Thursday.  5-24-2018. The students were a bit grossed out by the chick poop left on the floor. Nevertheless, they enjoyed cuddling with one or more chicks.  LINK TO 14 PICTURES







TEACHER ON LEAVE VISITED SACS
Ms. Kaeley Bachand visited St. Albans City School to introduce her infant daughter Stella to students and her peers.  It was great seeing them both.
