HELMETS
St. Albans City School would like to see every student riding to school using a bicycle helmet. Local Motion, an organization that provides us with bicycles to learn on each spring, has offered us a few brand-new helmets for students who may experience difficulties purchasing their own. Please see Mr. Craib (mcraib@maplerun.org) if you fall into this category. Local Motion and St. Albans City School want you arriving at school safely. There are several colors to choose from in our helmet collection.

PICTURES AND REPORTS
AN HONEST SPRING DAY Kids were out in droves today walking the path, playing tag, climbing around on the playground equipment, testing each other in 4-square and kicking balls around. It was genuinely warm and sunny. Spring is here for real and it showed in students' faces. 5-6-2019 LINK TO 24 PICTURES UPDATE ON ROOFTOP EGGS Mr. Pelkey photographed the first egg in April and two more in May on the rooftop over Ms. Haberman's room. Can you spot them?
DISTRICT MUSIC FESTIVAL PICTURES 5-3-2019 Many of our students attended the district music festival last Friday and Saturday. It was a chance to gather with about a dozen other school groups to receive instruction and perform together. On Saturday, seven wind-instrument playing students and ten singers from St. Albans City school joined others and closed the festival with some impressive performances. Here is a LINK TO 26 PICTURES of the festival. TRANSFORMERS This is City School’s version of The Transformers. City School Bots!! Submitted by Ms. Jarvis |
