STEWARDSHIP DAY PLAN

Whole-School Walking Wednesday. The goal is to have an entirely empty parking lot. Every person who can walk/bike to school is encouraged to do so. Family members are also encouraged to join the walking school bus groups. We will be walking between 6:45 to 7:30 AM. Link to walking routes and meet up times. The regular motorized school buses will still be circulating to collect children who cannot walk, primarily Prek/K students. Teachers & staff will park off of school property at the following sites, the further away the better to prevent overcrowding:
   City Public Works Lot
   Holy Angels
   Hospital Parking Lot
   Park and Ride

Teachers and staff for whom walking is not an option should contact Ms. Cavallo to schedule shuttle transportation from a nearby parking lot.

WALKING PATH LAP CONTEST RESULTS
The results are clear. The Voyagers are the outright winners with about 3000 laps total. Team Discovery is second with about 2000 laps total. For winning the overall contest, the Voyagers earned 1 hour of pool party time on June 17th. For coming in second, Team Discovery earned 1 hour of smoothie bike time on June 17th. Congratulations to both hard-walking teams.

Some of you may not know that the Voyagers have won this contest three years in a row. Discovery has always been a close runnerup. These are two amazing and committed teams.
