JUMP ROPE INSTRUCTION - JARVIS, BRANON

Learning to jump rope is not a common experience like it once was. This group of students first learned to swing the rope through the air in a variety of patterns. That exercise was followed by jumping drills and then finally jumping and swinging the rope in unison. As is common with beginners, the students were jumping their rope higher and with more force than necessary. Ms. Jarvis helped them learn to be more efficient and therefore more able to keep jumping longer. 4-27-2022. Link to 33 Pictures.
