PICTURES KINDERGARTEN NIGHT Eager incoming kindergarten students and their parents attended Kindergarten Night on Thursday evening, April 28th. The main goal of the event was to register incoming students and to schedule assessment visits. Kindergarten teachers, school counselors and administrative staff were present to facilitate the process. In addition, there was plenty to entertain the young students in the makerspace with creative toys, music and dance. In the hallways blue blocks were ready for play. If you missed the evening event and your child(ren) plans to attend St. Albans City School next year, then please contact registrar, Wendy Trainer with proof of residence, your child’s birth certificate and the completed registration forms. wtrainer@maplerun.org or 802 527-0565. Thank you. FIRE DRILL On Friday morning, the whole building evacuated for a fire drill. Students lined up quietly on either end of the building while staff took attendance. When everyone was accounted for, they headed back into the warm building. The drill went smoothly and quickly. Students and staff returning to their classrooms. TWINS |
