PICTURES ARRIVAL New and veteran campers arrived at camp at 8:00am on Monday ready for a whole new set of camp experiences. 7-18-2022. Link to 9 Pictures. CONVOCATION PLANNING Each year 4th-12th grade student leaders from the district gather at St. Albans City School for a week to assemble a performance for the convocation - the opening meeting of district staff at the start of the new school year. This year the script and instruction for the performance is coming from two former St. Albans City School students; Emily Parent and Pilot Deslauriers. The pictures below show the whole team meeting each other before starting their first practice session. Principal Cavallo is helping to support the students as they prepare for their performance. COMMUNITY SERVICE CAMP This camp group is going to be baking foods for Martha’s Kitchen all week. Here is a photo of the first products of their work this camp period. The campers wrote cards to the people who might eat their treats. 7-18-2022 CHICKENS AND GARDENS AND BIKE CAMP Mr. Cioffi shared a few pictures of students playing Giant Jenga and doing sidewalk chalking. 7-18-2022. Link to Pictures. FACILITIES STAFF MAINTAINING AND CLEANING THE SCHOOL BUILDING Each day, the crew empties classrooms and then cleans, strips and waxes the floors. Elsewhere staff are cleaning and painting portions of the exterior of the building. CHEER CAMP INTRODUCTION MEETING DAY 1, 7-18-2022 SOCCER CAMP The campers were taking a break from soccer by playing gaga ball.
