PICTURES DISCOVERY BRAIN HATS Students following a step by step process while persevering through occasional frustrating moments. The making of hats provided a hands-on way to understand the function and structure of the brain. Students showed mastery and generosity as they helped each other build their brains. Link to 5 Pictures. DISCOVERY 5TH GRADE - BERRY & LUCAS The students combined learning the multiplication tables and sets of playing cards. While the photographer did not have a totally clear picture of what was going on, the students were obviously having fun. Link to 17 Pictures. DISCOVERY 4TH GRADE It was Discovery 4th grades chance to access the library. Ms. Levine showed them how to look books up on the shelves and then how to check them out.
