PICTURES AND NEWS WALKING WEDNESDAY RESULTS 109 students and 17 adults either walked, biked or skateboarded to St. Albans City School on September 14th - the first Walking Wednesday of the year. The participants were not deterred by the rain and the cool 60 degree morning. The Voyagers and Team Triumph had the best turnouts of any of the learning communities. 5-SECOND VIDEO LINK OF FEDERAL STREET CROSSING WALKING WEDNESDAY RAFFLE WINNERS As promised, two water bottles were raffled off to the students who walked, biked or skateboarded to school. These two 7th graders were the winners on Wednesday, 9-14-2022. Water bottles, hats or reflective shoelaces will be raffled off at each scheduled walking event. To be entered in the raffle, you must have your name written down by the Walking Wednesday staff in-person at the front entrance of the school. 7TH & 8TH GRADE BAND PRACTICE ADVENTURERS SPIDERMEN TRIPLETS LEMONADE & JUICE  ENTREPRENEURS LAST WEEKEND

NOTE FROM THE NURSES Dear families, in the event your household has a positive COVID case we wanted to share some helpful information.  Quarantine for the person who tested positive is a minimum of 5 days from the day symptoms begin OR their positive test results if there are no symptoms. Whichever comes first.  After the 5th day of quarantine, if the person who tested positive feels well enough to engage in work/learning/activities, they may end their quarantine. The CDC recommends wearing a mask through the 10th day of having COVID.
